GLOBAL AIRCRAFT SERVICES is an industry leader in the provision of services related to the managed movement of commercial aircraft throughout the world.
Founded in 2000 by two retired airline pilots, Global Aircraft Delivery conducted ferry flights for a single aircraft leasing company in support of their asset-transition requirements. The company continued to grow by providing its cost-effective, turn-key solutions to other leasing companies and expanding airlines that were acquiring new and used aircraft from the USA.
In 2007, the Company was acquired by Kenneth Moninski and re-branded as Global Aircraft Services. Global also relocated its offices to larger space outside of Seattle to accommodate an increase in support staff including in-house flight dispatchers.
Today, Global provides flight crews and related aviation services to reposition commercial aircraft on behalf of leasing companies, international airlines, technical organizations, and government agencies. Increasing demand for our services prompted Global to open an office in Dublin, Ireland in 2015 to better serve current and future clients in Europe and beyond.
Kenneth Moninski serves as the President of Global, which he acquired in 2007 from its original founder. Under his leadership the Company experienced double-digit growth in revenue and has diversified its client portfolio. He has continued to drive Global’s success by adding value to client relationships through innovative procurement strategies and the outsourcing of back-office & regulatory burden.
Kenneth has spent over 25-years in the airline industry managing flight operations, marketing & business development, finance and airport operations functions for companies including Virgin Atlantic Airways, Evergreen International Aviation and MarkAir. He also served as a founding-executive and board member of a US-based, start-up regional airline. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Alaska.
Marshall Frantz is the longest-tenured employee at Global after joining the Company as an intern in 2001. Today serving as the General Manager, Marshall is responsible for the Company’s daily operations including flight crew scheduling, project management, financial accounting and employee administration. With a keen focus on specific client requirements, Marshall frequently interacts with all of our clients to insure that Global consistently delivers value in supporting their aircraft transition projects.
In addition to his time at Global, Marshall worked for Alaska Airlines at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Highline Community College and holds an FAA Commercial Pilot License.
